• At Rush Chiropractic we care about our patients privacy in the office. We do not give out any information regarding our patients, unless an authorization is signed by the patient allowing their information to be used.

• The authorization is needed if we request information from another office or if they write a testimony for our office about their condition and the results they have seen. 

• Anything used on our website has been approved by the appropriate people.
